Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by PetPPC LLC (“PetPPC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through petppc.com.
1. Nature of Our Services
PetPPC provides professional Google Ads management and paid media services. Because our work involves significant time, research, strategy, and implementation, all fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Free Audit Policy
The free Google Ads audit is offered at no charge when a client commits to a minimum 3-month engagement. If a client does not proceed following the audit, the standard fee of $2,000 USD is due. This fee reflects the time and expertise invested in producing the audit regardless of outcome.
3. Monthly Management Fees
- Monthly management fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month
- Fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and work has begun
- If a client cancels mid-month with 30 days written notice, no refund is issued for the current billing period — service continues until the end of the paid period
4. Setup & Onboarding Fees
Any one-time setup, onboarding, or campaign build fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as these represent completed labour and deliverables.
5. Exceptions
We will consider a refund or credit only in the following circumstances:
- PetPPC fails to deliver the agreed services due to our own error or negligence
- A duplicate payment was made in error
- Payment was made for a service period that had not yet commenced and the client cancels before work begins
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@petppc.com within 7 days of the relevant charge.
6. Ad Spend
PetPPC does not handle client ad spend directly. All Google Ads budget is managed within the client’s own Google Ads account and billed directly by Google. PetPPC has no liability for ad spend charges made by Google and cannot issue refunds for ad spend.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at info@petppc.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
