These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website petppc.com and any services provided by PetPPC LLC (“PetPPC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
PetPPC LLC provides Google Ads management, paid media strategy, and performance marketing services exclusively to pet industry businesses. Services are rendered according to a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties.
2. Free Audit
The free Google Ads audit offered on this website is provided at no charge when a client commits to a minimum 3-month engagement with PetPPC. If you choose not to proceed following the audit, the standard audit fee of $2,000 USD applies and will be invoiced accordingly.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are invoiced in US Dollars (USD)
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer as agreed
- Late payments may result in pausing of active campaigns
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver results, clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics, and any relevant platforms
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide accurate information about their business, products, and services
- Ensure their website and landing pages comply with Google Ads policies
5. Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, keyword libraries, ad copy, and campaign structures developed by PetPPC remain the intellectual property of PetPPC LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, clients receive a licence to use the deliverables produced specifically for their account.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, client data, or strategic information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Results Disclaimer
While PetPPC has a strong track record of results for pet industry clients, past performance does not guarantee future results. Campaign outcomes depend on multiple factors including ad spend, market conditions, website quality, and client industry. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, or lead volume targets.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPPC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to lost revenue or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full. PetPPC reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
